The Final Chapter in the Mass Effect Trilogy

I completed the game weeks ago, but was putting off writing this review. Because this review will highlight several things that I deem negative, I want to say that the game is not terrible in comparison to other games. Also, if you have played the first two games, then of course I would still suggest playing this one. That being said, there were several things that really lowered the quality of this game in comparison of the previous ME entries.Of all of the "in-game" perks that the Collectors edition comes with (see Amazon description of list), the two most appealing to me are the fact that it comes with the Day 1 DLC and the casual wear N7 hoodie. Now, to get into the game itself. Like many people, I was not a fan of the ending, but if the ending was the only problem I would still probably give this game a 4 out of 5. Thre were so many plot holes and your choices didnt matter in the end. Don't understand how bioware can make such an epic game but just demolish the ending. Hopefully Bioware will make a DLC to fix this nightmare. If you buy this game, be prepared for an awful disappointment at the end, ESPECIALLY if you played the first two. I hear multiplayer is pretty fun, though. |
